Using renewable forms of energy efficiently

This energy is available just outside your door – the Vitocal 300 heat pumps put it to good use. They are so efficient that they can be used as a fully adequate heating source all the year round.
 
Brine/water heat pump: Heat from the ground
 
The Vitocal 300 gives you a choice: You can collect energy via a ground probe or via a ground collector, which is laid down at a depth of approx. 1.5 m. In both cases, the heat pump will cover the entire heat demand, even on colder days.
 
Water/water heat pump: Heat from the groundwater
 
Where this is available, utilising the energy from groundwater is a good alternative. For this, the Vitocal 300 is simply converted to operate as a water/water heat pump – and delivers the highest CoP in this operating mode. 

Powerful, quiet and reliable 

The heart of the Vitocal 300 is its powerful Compliant scroll compressor. Apart from a high degree of operational reliability, it has become very popular through its very quiet operation. The double anti-vibration mounts are largely responsible for this feature. A big plus, for example when the heat pump is installed near your living space. At the same time, the Compliant scroll compressor ensures the highest work factors and flow temperatures up to 55 °C.
 
Convenient and easy control 

The menu-guided, digital heat pump control unit CD 60 is characterised by its user-friendly interface with large plain text display and integral diagnostic system. The control unit handles the management of the entire heating system and, if required, the control of a solar heating system.
 
Natural cooling: Cooling with your heating system
 
The natural cooling function enables you to utilise the low temperatures underground or in the groundwater on hot days to cool your building (requires additional accessory NC Box).
